Facilitating a room

Create a room, invite members, and schedule events.

Become a facilitator

Facilitators can create rooms, invite members, and schedule events. If you signed up without an invitation, request facilitator access from your rooms dashboard after your account is approved. An admin will review the request.

Set up a room

  1. From Your rooms, choose Set up a new room.
  2. Name the room and optionally add a cover image.
  3. Invite members by email or share the room’s invite link from the hub.
  4. Schedule an event with a date and time. Members receive email when an event is scheduled.

Run a live session

  • When it is time to meet, open the room from the hub and click Start room if the session is closed.
  • Click Join room to enter the live circle.
  • Use the stage pills (Greet, Share, Pre-med, Meditate, Reflect) to move the group through the session.
  • Click Close room when the session is finished. Members return to their dashboard and cannot rejoin until you start the room again.

Facilitator tips

  • Wait for at least one other person before starting sharing.
  • Keep your microphone muted when you are not speaking, and encourage members to do the same.
  • You can promote other members to facilitator from the room hub if you want co-facilitators.
  • Only the room creator can permanently delete a room.
